How to Register » Women of Joy

We've really worked on our registration process, and we continue to work to improve it. Even still, sometimes it can be a little daunting for a first time guest. Here is a quick overview of how the process works.

First, choose an event on this site by using the Browse Events button at top. Browse around and check out the artists and speakers, the schedule, prices, and the hotels we use for our lodging packages.

When ready, click on the Register link in the toolbar and fill out the registration form. Please only click 'Send' once and wait for a notification that it was received. Within 1 to 2 business days, your debit card or credit card will be charged.

After successful payment, our next step is to create a file for you in our system. This involves both paper work and computer data entry. If you have a lodging package, this is also when we assign you to a hotel. We call this step processing your registration.

All registrations are processed in the order we receive them for each conference. You never lose your place in line.

When your registration is processed, we will send you a confirmation letter letting you know. If you have a balance, this letter will also remind you of the date it's due.

  • If you provided an email address, your confirmation letter will be sent to your email.
  • If you did not, it will be printed and mailed.

When your balance is paid in full, we will send you your final confirmation letter. We call this your Paid-In-Full Confirmation. It will include important information on how you will receive your packet and conference materials.

  • If your entire group is registered as Conference Only, and your confirmation says that we will mail your packet and materials - you will receive your packet and registration materials by postal mail about a week before the conference starts.
  • If your group includes lodging, or your confirmation does not say we will mail your packet, you will need to check-in at Women of Joy to get your conference materials. You can come anytime from Noon until the doors open.
    • If you're running late, that's ok. We will keep your packet until the end of the first session on the first night. You may also want to contact your hotel to let them know you'll be checking in later than usual.

That's it! We've tried to be as detailed as possible, because unlike most other conferences, our lodging packages allow us to take care of your hotel lodging completely.
