  • All prices shown include a $25 non-refundable deposit, due upon registration.
  • All registrations include admission to the full conference.
  • Lodging packages include admission to the conference and lodging for two nights.
  • Register by February 6, 2013 to receive the Early Bird Discount rate (does not include the Conference Only rate). After February 6, 2013, prices increase.
  • The balance is due by March 20, 2013.
  • Seating at the conference is general admission. Hotels are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Generally, the sooner you register, the closer your hotel will be to the event.
  • * Group Discount Requirements
    • Have a group of 10 or more people attending as "Conference Only".
    • Sorry, does not apply to people registered with Lodging packages.
    • Register ten or more people, together, at one time.
    • You may add additional people after the first ten, but please try to add to your group in larger groups, rather than smaller or individually.
    • Pay your total balance on time, in one payment.
