Beginning in 2004 in response to the needs of active Christian women, Women of Joy opened for the first time in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Since that time, Women of Joy has grown in size and number of events, expanding to seven locations across the country this year and featuring special guests such as Kay Arthur, Karen Kingsbury, Liz Curtis Higgs, Casting Crowns, Michael W. Smith and many others.
